How K-Tip Extensions Are Installed

1. Begin with clean, dry and fully detangled hair.
2. Divide the hair into neat sections.
3. Use a protective template to isolate a small section of natural hair.
4. Position the keratin bond near the root without placing it directly against the scalp.
5. Use a professional fusion tool to soften the keratin bond.
6. Roll and seal the bond securely with gloved fingers.
7. Repeat with additional strands until the desired fullness is achieved.
8. Avoid washing, pulling or applying products near the bonds for at least 24 hours.

K-tip extensions should be installed and removed by a trained professional. Improper heat, placement or removal may damage the natural hair.

Choosing Your Color

Match the extensions to the color of your mid-lengths and ends—not only your roots. Take a clear, unfiltered photograph in natural daylight near a window. Avoid filters, flash and artificial yellow lighting when comparing shades.

Daily Hair Care
