A: Submit our donation form to tell us about your wig. After approval, you’ll receive instructions on where to ship it. Once received and verified, we’ll send you a unique discount code.
A: We accept gently worn human hair wigs — lace fronts, closures, and full lace units. We do not accept synthetic wigs or severely damaged units.

A: Some are refurbished for resale, while others will go to future community programs providing free wigs to women in need.
A: We accept eligible returns within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at customerservice@outtheclosetbeauty.net and include your order number and clear photos or video of the issue.
