All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any wigs, bundles, frontals, closures, or hair accessories.
This policy ensures:

• Hygiene and product safety
• Quality and integrity of each order
• Compliance with custom and dropship supplier processes
• Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at  Outtheclosethair@yahoo.com.
Include the following details:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
• Once verified, we will provide a replacement or store credit (if applicable).
  
• Refunds are not offered.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
Processing begins within 24–48 hours after your order is placed.

Shipping Issues

Please note that we are not responsible for:

• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
• Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”
